CRB\u00a0<em>CryAnim<\/em>\u00a0garantissent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel et la cryoconservation des \u00e9chantillons sous assurance qualit\u00e9.\u00a0Deux modalit\u00e9s de stockage sont privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5a09d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5a09d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>des <strong>enceintes r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es s\u00e9curis\u00e9e<\/strong> (-80\u00b0C et -20\u00b0C) pour le stockage des \u00e9chantillons sanguins et des produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s (acides nucl\u00e9iques, s\u00e9rums, plasmas).\u00a0Le CRB <em>CryAnim<\/em> dispose d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de stockage de 240 000 tubes de 2mL \u00e0 -80\u00b0C et de 144 700 tubes de 2 mL \u00e0 -30\u00b0C.\u00a0Le contenu de chaque enceinte r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e peut \u00e0 tout moment \u00eatre int\u00e9gralement transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans les emplacements de secours r\u00e9serv\u00e9s dans chacune des autres enceintes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div embryons &#8230;) qui requi\u00e8rent le maintien des fonctions vitales de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.Le CRB <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 15.3px;\">CryAnim<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 15.3px;\"> dispose d&rsquo;une\u00a0capacit\u00e9 de stockage est de 6600 tubes de 2mL et de 175 200 paillettes CBS\u2122 0.5mL.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15.3px;\">Le stockage en phase liquide est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons, notamment au travers de l&rsquo;autonomie des cuves utilis\u00e9es (&gt;200 jours en l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;alimentation en azote liquide). Les cuves sont aliment\u00e9es par une ligne sous vide asservie \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le automatis\u00e9e du niveau et de la temp\u00e9rature en t\u00eate de cuve.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-b373077 elementor-section-boxed
